  • DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From St. Johns, travel north on Highway 191 for approximately 27 miles to Mile Marker number 344.6 (junction of Highway 61 into Highway 191 and the Witchwell Store/Tavern on the right hand (east) side of the highway); turn left (west) onto the very well traveled dirt road, which runs southwest and then south for .8 miles to the intersection; turn right (west) and go 1.0 miles. Winning Bidder Information

A Deed will be recorded in your name as soon as you return the signed Mortgage, Promissory Note and Contract. A signed Contract is required for this transaction to be completed. A Mortgage and Contract will be sent to you after your initial down payment and fees are paid. You will be required to provide us with the name and/or names in which you want the property to be placed in, your address, telephone number and e-mail address. The buyer will be responsible for all taxes due and association fees and assessments from the date of the closing of the auction.
