DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From St. Johns, travel north on Highway 191 for approximately 27 miles to Mile Marker number 344.6 (junction of Highway 61 into Highway 191 and the Witchwell Store/Tavern on the right hand (east) side of the highway); turn left (west) onto the very well traveled dirt road, which runs southwest and then south for .8 miles to the intersection; turn right (west) and go 1.0 miles. At this intersection turn left (south) and go .5 miles to the northwest corner of the original lot 34 on the left hand (east) side of the road. There is a stake there that marks lot 34. Roads leading to the property may not be completed and road signs may not be present. We are unable to note clear driving directions as we have not visited the property and all information being given in this auction is to the best of our knowledge and belief.
